Pharao

Pharao oli tuottajien Alexander Hawkingin ja DJ Stevie Steven perustama saksalainen eurodanceyhtye. Yhtyeen jäseniä olivat egyptiläis-intialainen laulaja Kyra Pharao ja amerikkalainen räppäri Deon Blue. Yhtye tuli tunnetuksi ympäri maailmaa vuonna 1994 kappaleillaan "There Is A Star" sekä "I Show You Secrets". Molemmat singlet nousivat Top-10 listoille joka puolella Eurooppaa. USA:ssa There is a Star julkaistiin vuoden 1995 alussa, ja se menestyi hyvin, varsinkin klubeilla. Debyyttialbumi Pharao julkaistiin myös USA:ssa. Se saavutti sijan # 35 ja myi platinaa. Pharao julkaisi toisen albuminsa The Return vuonna 1997 mutta ei saavuttanut suosiota uudestaan. Yhtye lopetti vuonna 2001.
